    Texas Lyceum (the pre-eminent leadership development organization of Texas) is another case in which Omega has brought two international groups together for mutual benefit. Omega brought the organizational influence of the Central Party School (the highest executive development entity of Chinese government officials) together for a collaborative development exchange with Texas Lyceum in 2005.
